First, since I always look (frequently admiringly) at these without commenting, thanx for all of your photos and this one in particular. Once when film was a thing I tinkered about with a 35mm and played around with the discovery that what I was recording was actually LIGHT. Not the object but the light around and from it. It was fun. You must be working similar things out, eh?
Anyhow, what prompted this comment (blame yourself for frequently replying) is — what is that actual object? I stared and stared at it. Wine corks? (Can I visit your cellar?)
@JohnMcC: Indeed: it is all about the light! I dabbled with film a long time ago in the pre-digital age, but really had no idea what I was doing. Of course, still a lot to learn!
The objects are corks on an iPad.
