  1. Mister Bluster says:

…Vice President JD Vance condemned the separation of powers, writing that judges “aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”

Vice-President Vance should consult United States v. Nixon | 418 U.S. 683 (1974) before he displays his wanton ignorance of the United States Constitution.

Recognizing the importance of unanimity, all of the Justices contributed to the opinion, which held that the judiciary branch was capable of resolving this type of dispute.

This whole thing with Elon is a sad tear.
They are fighting imaginary foes (marauding drag queens, Trotskyite FBI agents) who are doing imaginary things (sex change in kindergarten ) in order to support imaginary policies (the External Revenue Service) designed to return the country to an imaginary greatness (Andrew Jackson) in order to benefit an imaginary “landslide mandate” all to implement immensely stupid policies like re-polluting the ground water.
