    And now the last tankers to leave the Gulf before 28 February are now unloading in Asia.
    They arrive in Europe by around 10 April.
    North America by 15 April.
    Then fun really starts.
    For an arbitrary value of “fun”.
    Jet fuel has already doubled in price; diesel nearly so.
    Some small business operations in Asia are already starting to shut down.

    Quite soon Trump’s pronouncements are going to increasingly stop moving futures markets very much, imho, as real shortages and current prices start to bite.
