Continuing our discussion of earlier today, Steven Taylor of PoliBlog provides more analysis of the routine nature of gerrymandering, citing the most relevant Supreme Court precedents here and links several electoral maps here.

All of which just goes to show, as I always told my students, you can’t take the politics out of politics.
