  1. Not sure how patriotic it is to show the flag crumpled up and touching the ground. Maybe the AI could have enforced the flag code in its rendering of this nonsense? At any rate, LOL.

    1. The flag also looks excessively long – like the dimensions are 3′ x 10′ or something weird.

      1. It mimics his tie.

I didn’t think of this, but I have seen it mentioned that Atlas was a loser, who was given the task of holding up the sky as a punishment for his part in the rebellion.

    1. Huh, I figured it was Sisyphus. After all, he’s the one who was punished by the Gods for excessive hubris.

    2. WIKI confirms. Atlas sided with the Titans against the Olympians.

Atlas was said to have been skilled in philosophy, mathematics, and astronomy. In antiquity, he was credited with inventing the first celestial sphere. In some texts, he is even credited with the invention of astronomy itself.[3]

Flemish cartographer Gerardus Mercator characterized Atlas as the founder of geography, leading to the modern sense of the term “atlas” for a collection of maps after Mercator published his own work in honor of the Titan.

WIKI also has a pic of the “Farnese Atlas” sculpture, 2nd century CE, of Atlas holding up a globe. So much for a flat earth.

  3. I just did my own Trump meme a few days ago using a mix of AI and traditional image-editing software.

    1. Good job on your meme. I’m not much of a card player, does the deuce of diamonds and seven of clubs mean anything or the fact they add up to nine?

      1. A 7 and 2 of different suits is considered the absolute worst card pair you can get in Texas hold ’em poker.

I’m not much of a card-player myself, and I know next to nothing about casino games. I just did a little research in the course of creating the meme. I did know enough to realize that announcing you have all the cards is an absolutely terrible way to play poker (or anything else for that matter), which is what inspired the meme in the first place.

But then, I suspect Trump couldn’t correctly define the term “pokerface” other than insisting he has one. (“I’ve got the greatest pokerface anyone’s ever seen. The casino owners came up to me with tears in their eyes and said, ‘Sir, I’ve never seen such a pokerface.’”)

      2. I’m not a good poker player, and less so in Hold ’em. Still, the cards are low rank, not a pair, and not suited. It still depends on what the communal cards are. If three deuces come up, you’ve got a great shot at winning. Far more likely you’d fold in the initial round if anyone bets just about anything.

In videopoker, which I’m better at, you’d drop them. Unless you’re playing deuces wild, in which case you keep the deuce.

In blackjack, you’d hit or double depending on what the dealer has. You can’t bust on one hit, and a 10 or ace makes a good hand.
