It seems likely that the upshot of the trans athlete ruling is that a lot of cis girls will find themselves having to have their genitals inspected.

It is a testament to the ineptitude of this administration (and its divisiveness) that it f’ed up something so easy to promote as the 250th.

It seems likely that the upshot of the trans athlete ruling is that a lot of cis girls will find themselves having to have their genitals inspected.

Similar to the way the bathroom bills–not even ones that have necessarily passed, just what has happened ever since the issue was raised in the public mind–have led to many examples of cis women in ladies rooms being harassed on the mistaken assumption that they’re trans. This has been going on at least as far back as 2016.
