I suspect Matt will supply more details at some point, but it appears that we are back in the land of functional websites.

@Bill Jempty: I think it’s just the domain repoint taking a while to propagate. Twenty years ago, it could take a day or two. Now, it seems to happen in an hour or so but it’s still sporadic.
