CAPTION CONTEST WINNERS

Comments

Tuesday’s OTB Caption ContestTM is finally over.

The winners:

1st: Laurence Simon, “It wasn’t me… it was the J-E-W-S! Why else would I refuse to meet Arafat… the JEWS made me snub him!”

2nd: Big Lou from Brooklyn, “Mama mia! That’s a spicy meatball!”

3rd (tie): April, “In a last act of desperation, Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi broke into his Nelly impression– “it’s getting hot in herre…so take off all your clothes (I am getting so hot, I wanna take my clothes off).”

3rd (tie): Rachel Edith, “Baby Bush was right. I just hate that Segway Human Transporter.”

Some very good entries! I was slightly surprised that there were no Johnny Bench references, though.

One response to “CAPTION CONTEST WINNERS”

  1. ”They missed a good opportunity to shut up,” Berlusconi told reporters in response to French criticism of his decision not to meet Palestinian leaders during a recent trip to Israel.

    – Berlusconi upstages everyone, except maybe for Lawrence Simon, who apparently was on the right track with his caption.
