Tom Ricks of the Washington Post breaks a rather disturbing story about CENTCOM commander Tommy Franks. Given that Franks is in charge of both the ongoing war on terrorism and likely Gulf War rematch, this investigation needs to be resolved very quickly.

NOTE: Franks was happily cleared of these charges on March 8.
