RIGHT TO REPLY
Henry Farrell points to a report by Declan McCullagh on a strange proposal out of the Council of Europe that would require anyone publishing anything online, including bloggers, to provide an online right to reply. Both point to obvious problems with the concept, although Farrell believes it is very unlikely to pass.
