Well, three experts are now scratching their heads and I’m waiting for an answer from HostingMatters (they answered once, but didn’t solve it). I have temporarily fixed everything by putting everything into my main template manually and switching to the javascript version of blogrolling.com. This may result in a somewhat slower site load until this is resolved.
