I know there has been an ongoing assumption that Trump really wants a Nobel Peace Prize. I didn’t really doubt it (after all, the Black gut got one!), but didn’t really know how central the issue was for him

Much to the discontent of India, which is not at all happy with Trump’s subcontinental diplomacy (or lack of it).

Maybe the dumbest moment in American history in my life. Nobody intelligent was for this, and nobody normal was for it. Just the demented blowhards and politicians who tell the demented blowhards what to think, and they didn’t even try to make a case. It was a week of Ozempic faces and cult types talking about how irrational Iran–the country who was negotiating until Israel left the table and tried (or maybe succeeded) to take Iran’s–chief negotiator. It’s like a militia faction in 1984 Beirut talking about how reasonable they are. Trump should be impeached, but I doubt the Senate Dems are going to have the guts to do anything even critical. Instead keep on taking AIPAC money.
