WAR CONUNDRUM: Michael Gordon has an interesting analysis of the US-UK military strategy, which aims to avoid killing, not just Iraqi civilians, but soldiers as well. It’ll definitely be a neat trick to simultaneously “Shock and Awe” them while sparing their lives.
