   this might be a naive question, but …
   did you ‘shop’ this picture, or were the lights actually as presented here?

   regardless, it’s a very nice pic

   @al-Ameda: This underpass (and some others along the same highway in downtown Birmingham) have the colored lights (which cycle through variaous permutations).

   Is there a reason other than decorative (I assume) for the lights?

   @CSK: I think it is just public art.

   @t: We had been to Good People right before the photos, in fact. No food trucks, but it was the day before Thanksgiving, so things were a bit on the slow side.
