RUMMY REVOLUTION CONTINUES

Phil Carter reports that Don Rumsfeld is getting an SOF general out of retirement and appointing him Army Chief of Staff. A very unusual move, but, heck, that’s how Rummy got his job and it’s worked out fine so far.
