No, you aren’t imagining it, today’s forum is gone.
Sometimes when you accidentally edit the wrong open tab, you create a mess that just isn’t worth the time to clean up (assuming that I could have, anyway).
So, Rest in Peace, Wednesday’s forum. We hardly knew you.

If an open blog forum falls in a forest and no one is around to hear, does it make a sound?
Send not to know forum the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.
Surely this would have been the time to break out “mistakes were made”
A likely excuse Taylor.
What secrets did that thread hold that were too hot for the rampant leftists running this blog?!
First the 1/6 7 hours, now this?!
I happen to have that forum open in another tab, with the first 59 comments still in it. I’ll sing a proper dirge during the tab clearing later tonight.
Alas, poor Tab, we knew him well. A tab of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy…
Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
It must have gone where Hillary’s emails went.
@Gustopher: deny deny deny lol
I wonder whether I can sue and for how much. After all, there’s a clear admission. Proving liability would take all of two seconds. Proving harm, though, that’s where the shysters earn their keep.
HA!
I knew it wasn’t a good idea to incur the wrath of Pauline Kael’s ghost.
@Kylopod:
NOW you tell me. Humpf.
The next time a thread goes sideways on cancel culture or guns or whatever, can this “accidentally” happen again?
Asking for a friend.
