The Dow Jones Industrial Average is currently at 9965.27. The psychology of being back over 10,000 would be nice, even if it’s just a number.

    Over a year ago I said if the Dow crossed 10K Bush was reelected. I did not expect to happen this far out though.

    OK if the Dow hits a new record high….
