National Airborne Day

Airborne Wings - Basic Parachutist Badge Blackfive’s Matt Burden reminds me that today is National Airborne Day.

So far as I’m aware, no one gets the day off for this and no presents are exchanged. Feel free to hug your favorite paratrooper, though, or buy him a beer. The latter is by far the preferred option.
