Man, I get dragged into the Axis of Weevil and suddenly all hell breaks loose in the Heart of Dixie: Alabama Legislators Render State’s Obscenity Law Illegal. The thing that baffles me about this is that the site claims that, because a stupid provision in the stupid law has been ruled unconstitutional, the whole law is therefore unconstitutional. I’m about 99.9% sure it doesn’t work that way. These things are virtually always severable.
