   They both look exhausted. And they aren’t the ones who did the really hard work this week 😀

   @Steven: She’s doing pretty well. She doesn’t quite understand what’s going on and is very upset when Ellie’s crying, for example.

   @Doug: Well, it’s a huge adjustment for both. Ellie’s moved into a whole new universe, much scarier than the protective cocoon she’s been in for the past 39 weeks. And Katie has had her little world rearranged on her instantly. Kim had major surgery and we’re both sleep deprived; but we both know what’s going on.
